Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive employer brand.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees at all levels.
• Oversee employee welfare initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition schemes, and other benefits.
• Analyze data to identify trends in employee retention rates and develop action plans to improve them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex industrial relations issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in human resources or related field (BHR).
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed institution.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
