Assistant Manager – Operations (International Voice Process)

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US/Night Shift

Working Days: 5 Days

Interview Timings: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Description:

Manage International BPO Sales operations and customer accounts.

Drive revenue growth and reduce revenue leakages.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.

Monitor KPIs, reporting, analysis, and overall team performance.

Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

Handle and manage a team of 4–5 Team Leaders.

Ensure timely achievement of operational and production targets.

Requirements:

Strong International BPO Sales background is mandatory.

Experience at Manager/Assistant Manager level with Sales/KPI ownership.

Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Comfortable working from office and in US/night shifts.
