Assistant Manager brand Protection

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Build an interface with key officials to obtain key insights on counterfeit products, look-a-like and under-valued products of all divisions.

  • Fact finding exercise on reported incidences from sales team 
  • Progression report on timely basis pertaining to Brand Protection framework post enforcement action
  • Laisoning with external brand protection agencies and government agencies such as Customs, DGOV, BMC, MPCB, Police Department and other regulatory bodies
  1. b) Commercial activities:
     • End to end liaisoning for land acquisition across PAN India.
     • Commercial rate negotiations
     • Managing contract for warehouses & Guest houses 
     • Factory compliances

Job Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles applied to marketing operations (e.g., RAID).
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
