Assistant Manager Business Development (B2E)

Required Skills: Skilled in building and nurturing B2B client relationships with a strong focus on business development, revenue growth, and training delivery in Welding, including GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, RSW, OAW, and OAC for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and prepare course curriculum based on customer requirements in the field of Welding.
2. Deliver training sessions in both face-to-face and online modes to trainees across various age groups and industrial sectors.
3. Evaluate, analyze, and present training reports, including assessments, feedback, assignments, WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), and related documentation.
4. Provide familiarization with welding and material codes and standards, including ASME, ASTM, ISO, EN, ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, ISO EN 9606.
5. Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate trainees knowledge and skill levels.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Welding Engineering.

2. Welding Experience: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in welding processes including GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, RSW, OAW & OAC for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

3. Welding Inspection Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in welding inspection with ASNT Level 2 certification.

4. Certifications for Training & Documentation:

5. AWS CWE or IWE for conducting WPS, welding qualification programs, and preparing documents (WPS, PQR, WPQR, WOQR).

6. AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 for conducting welder qualification witness.
