Assistant Manager – Business Development

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the company’s logistics and supply chain business
• Develop competitive and cost-effective logistics solutions for existing and prospective clients
• Prepare client proposals, service presentations, and pricing recommendations to support business development activities
• Manage assigned corporate accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams and supply chain partners to implement logistics solutions and ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor account performance and service standards, including lead time, complaints, and escalations, and drive continuous improvement
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics Management, Transportation, Business Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in third-party logistics (3PL)
• Strong business acumen with proven ability in relationship building, analytical thinking, project management, and customer focus
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer – Business Development
