Job Summary:

1- 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the banking sector (Credit / Relationship / Operations roles) or in a corporate role involving extensive interaction with banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle day-to-day banking operations of the company, including coordination with multiple banks.
• Act as the primary point of contact with bankers for routine operations, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with various bank reporting requirements, including periodic financial, operational, and covenant-related submissions.
• Assist in cash flow management, monitoring inflows and outflows, and ensuring adequate fund availability.
• Review and analyze financial statements to support banking discussions and reporting.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of financial data required by banks for limits, renewals, or credit reviews.
• Support finalization of company financials by applying basic accounting knowledge.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to banking transactions and communications.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with bankers and internal stakeholders.
• Good understanding of banking processes, especially credit-related documentation and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of cash flow management and treasury operations.
• Analytical ability to review and interpret financial statements.
• Sound basic accounting knowledge, with the ability to assist in finalizing financial statements.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
