About the RoleWe're looking for four sharp, commercially minded professionals to join the Category team in a role that sits at the intersection of pricing strategy, supplier partnerships, and deal execution. You won't just be processing quotes. You'll be the person who prices opportunities end-to-end, negotiates with suppliers and internal teams to unlock the best terms, collaborates with regional teams on competitive intelligence, and directly influences whether we win or lose business. Your decisions will show up in conversion numbers, margin outcomes, and how fast we move on opportunities. What You'll Own KRAs

1. Pricing & Speed-to-Market — You'll manage the full quoting cycle for opportunities logged by the business, ensuring we respond fast and never lose a deal to slow turnarounds.
2. Deal Conversion & Commercial Strategy — You'll work hand-in-hand with regional teams to build competitive pricing positions, using market intelligence and sound commercial judgment.
3. Supplier Negotiation & Cost Optimization — You'll proactively engage with the supplier base to secure the best prices and delivery terms. Keeping loss-to-price and availability to the minimum means you're consistently bringing competitive options to the table.
4. Price Engine & Process Excellence — You'll champion adoption of the price engine as the default pricing tool, targeting 100% of all opportunities priced through the system. This is about building consistency, speed, and data-driven decision-making into everything we do.
