About Team
You will be part of a high-performing and dynamic team looking at the various financing transactions and special projects for the brand and its subsidiaries to achieve its financial objectives.
Job Description
- Supporting the structuring and execution of various strategic and financing initiatives
- Utilize financial modelling skills to analyze cash flows, assess risk factors, and optimize deal structures.
- Ongoing maintenance of structured financing transactions (such as ABS).
- Collaborate on the analysis and negotiation of strategic partnerships to secure long-term, sustainable capital that fuels our global expansion initiatives
- Any other special projects on an ad hoc basis on a group level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time working experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or Asset-backed Securities (ABS), preferably dealing with fintech lending companies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
