Assistant Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day civil/material testing activities at sites and laboratories.
• Lead and guide civil engineers, technicians and testing teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and site engineers.
• Plan manpower, testing schedules, equipment and site requirements.
• Monitor concrete, cube, soil, aggregate, steel and NDT testing activities.
• Ensure testing is carried out according to relevant IS codes, project specifications and NABL procedures.
• Coordinate sample collection, transportation, testing and documentation.
• Review test results, calculations, test records and reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation/submission of testing reports.
• Monitor testing equipment, calibration status and proper handling.
• Maintain daily/weekly field reports and testing records.
• Handle client queries and resolve site-level technical issues.
• Support NABL audits, quality documentation and corrective actions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at testing sites.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delays or technical issues to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
