Assistant Manager – Claims

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Claims Department

• Organize and coordinate internal departmental meetings as well as cross-departmental meetings, including scheduling, logistics arrangement, and follow-up actions

• Prepare accurate and timely meeting minutes and ensure proper documentation and filing

• Assist in planning and organizing staff training sessions and development activities

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for claims-related systems and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders

• Perform data extraction, compilation, and analysis to support departmental reporting and decision-making

• Provide support on claims case follow-up and handling, ensuring smooth workflow and timely processing

• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors/management

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Business Administration, Insurance, or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience; experience in insurance/general insurance industry is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Detail-minded, well-organized, and able to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a good team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
