Assistant Manager

📄 Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Area Assistant Manager to lead and oversee operations across our branches in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Store Management: Lead and monitor daily operations, cleanliness, and SOP compliance across our branches.
• Sales & Up-Selling: Drive store revenue, set sales targets, and train staff on product knowledge and up-selling.
• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train outlet supervisors and sales staff to maintain high team performance.
• Inventory Control: Ensure stock accuracy across all branches through regular stock checks, auditing, and replenishment.
• Billing & Process Accuracy: Supervise POS/invoicing operations to reduce employee billing mistakes and system errors.
• Reporting: Report daily sales, stock accuracy, and operational issues directly to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware retail/wholesale or multi-store supervisory roles.
• Strong product knowledge in hardware/building materials is an added advantage.
• Proven ability in inventory control, team management, and driving store sales.
• Possess own transport to travel between our branches in Selangor.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.

Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
