What they need
- Assist with the daily management of store operations.
- Supervise and support team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Help achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Support staff training and development.
- Minimum of 2 years' retail supervisory or assistant management experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours.
- Grade 12
Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
