• Coordinate creation and execution of email campaigns, newsletters and product mailers.
• Track campaign performance and maintain reports.

Social Media

• Coordinate with agencies for Calendar execution.
• Coordinate internally for post approvals and data checks
• Monitor comments, messages and engagement where required.

Digital Advertising

• Coordinate execution of Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Follow up with agencies for creatives, campaign launches and optimizations.
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain reports.

Website Management

• Coordinate website updates including products, blogs, banners and landing pages.
• Ensure website content remains updated and accurate.
• Coordinate with website developers for implementation of required changes.

Reporting & Vendor management

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on website traffic, campaigns, social media and lead generation.
• Maintain campaign trackers and marketing documentation.
• Manage vendor registrations, invoices and other documents related to vendors

Cross-functional Support

• Support exhibitions and offline campaigns with digital promotions and communication.
• Coordinate digital requirements for product launches, events and company initiatives.
