We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth team performance.

📍 Location: Bangjo, Thalang, Phuket
💼 Position: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks
• Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor staff performance and service standards
• Assist with staff scheduling and task assignments
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective workflow
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational reports
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed
• Assist in training and developing team members
• Take responsibility for operations in the Manager’s absence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant management or supervisory experience
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
