Potts’ Top Dog is looking for an energetic, dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work alongside the staff, help oversee daily operations, and create a positive experience for both customers and employees.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, leads by example, and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to grow with a local business, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare menu items while maintaining consistency and quality
• Operate the cash register and accurately handle customer transactions
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Monitor inventory and help ensure products are stocked and ready for service
• Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not necessary. Willing to train the right person!
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, lead by example, and jump in wherever needed

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
