Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of dealers and distributors to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and preferences to drive business growth.
• Oversee channel sales activities, including product launches, promotions, and inventory management to ensure effective distribution network development.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in building material industry or related field (construction chemicals).
• Proven track record in dealing with dealer handling, distributor handling, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices applied to B2B transactions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.
