Assistant Manager

Prerequisite:

• Complete and pass Assistant Manager Training Course
• Meet all prerequisites and job requirements of Quality Inspector

Job Requirements:

• Exemplary attendance

• Proficient with software and IVR inspection system
• Quality oriented
• Clean efficiently
• Exemplary knowledge of daily operations
• Inspect 10 to 25% of cleans per day
• Full understanding of Detail-Clean Rotation System®
• Excellent communication skills with customers and management
• Provide cleaners with proper feedback
• Exemplary resolution skills

• Inventory control

• Facilitate training classes
