Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and goals.

• Monitor progress against set objectives and take corrective action as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in appraisal management, people management skills, performance review, and performance appraisal management.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
