Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce QA plans, inspection procedures, and ITPs for utility-scale solar EPC projects.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions where ever required
• Coordinate third-party inspections, lab testing, and site test protocols.
• Oversee electrical , civil and Mechanical workmanship quality across multiple project sites.
• Develop incoming material inspection protocols for critical equipment such as PV modules inverters, cables, MMS, Panels, and Transformers
• Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to ensure compliance with IS/IEC/MNRE standards.
• Maintain QA documentation including QAPs, test reports, calibration records, and QA MIS,WIR for management review.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Execution teams for QA alignment and client approvals.
• Ensured ISO 9001:2015 compliance and alignment with IEC, BIS, and MNRE guidelines.
