Assistant Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team and bustling venue. Ideally we are looking for someone with a history in hospitality management; be it restaurant, bar or pub work. Strong leadership and organisational skills is a must-have.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations in the venue, running/supervising shifts as a keyholder
• Provide training and coaching to staff on product knowledge, customer service and other necessary skills
• Keeping the venue well organised and clean to a high standard
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Overseeing any events/private hires
• Take inventory weekly in the venue with accuracy

Skills/Qualifications

• Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in a hospitality environment
• Passion/knowledge in craft beer, cocktails and customer experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team through busy trading periods
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities

Pay: £16.50 per hour
