Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing policies for hospitals day-to-day operations in line with healthcare accreditation standards of National Accreditation Board for Hospitals Healthcare Providers (NABH).
2. Assist in hospital pre-commissioning activities and commissioning of hospital.
3. Assist in project monitoring and site completion in accordance with statutory compliances.
4. Organize Multidisciplinary Team meetings ensuring seamless coordination among departments, efficient patient communication, and high-quality service delivery.
5. Ensure efficient patient communication and high-quality service delivery.
6. Providing administrative and executive support to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor s degree.
  • MBA/ MHA or any other equivalent degree in hospital administration/ management will be preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least 1 year in hospital operations/ administration

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
