What We’re Looking For: - 8+ years of total experience
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as an Assistant Manager – Operations (on papers)
- Any Graduate or above
- Experience in the BPO / Service-Based industry
- Must have managed 50+ FTEs
- Strong experience in:
- Client Management
- SLA Management
- People Management
- Performance Management
- Good Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
