Role & responsibilities

• Handling the Overall Plant IR Activities.
• Handling Workers Committee.
• Receiving & resolving the Complaints from Shop Floor.
• Disciplinary Action.
• Conducting Workers Committee Meeting.
• Coordinating with LTS Meeting & Signing.
• Employees Welfare Activities.
• Statutory Compliance.
• Performance Management System.

Preferred candidate profile

• Team work is required for complete the activities.
• Ensuring Compliance with Labour Laws and Regulations.
• Manage disputes between employees and management.
• Investigate claims of misconduct, workplace harassment, or violations of company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of industrial relations issues, including grievances, negotiations, and union activities.
• Advise senior management on strategies for labor relations, such as union avoidance or improving employee morale.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment.
• Plan & Execute the Employee Engagement Activities.
• Approval need to fellow through proper Hierarchy
• Co-ordinate with other Team Members & complete our daily activities.
• Handling the all activities of IR Management.
