What they need
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Hotel Onboarding & Supply to manage hotel partnerships and expand the accommodation supply network across domestic and international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new hotel partners and hotel chains.
- Manage hotel relationships, contracts, rates, inventory and availability.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions and special offers with hotel partners.
- Ensure accurate hotel rates, room details, inventory and policies.
- Monitor partner performance, pricing and availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supply-related issues.
- Conduct market research to identify new hotel and destination opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs and other travel suppliers.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Hotel Onboarding, Hotel Contracting, OTA Supply, Hotel Partnerships or Vendor Management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of hotel rates, inventory and contracting.
- Experience in the travel/OTA/hospitality industry preferred.
