Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue and productivity targets.
• Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and company policies.
• Track key performance metrics such as conversion, productivity, revenue, attendance, and attrition.
• Coordinate with Training, Quality, HR, and Operations teams for smooth process functioning.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer/team-related issues effectively.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.
• Motivate the team and maintain a positive, target-oriented work environment.
• Candidate Requirements Minimum 12 years of experience in BPO Sales.
• Prior experience as Assistant Manager / Team Leader in a sales process preferred.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales metrics and performance management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to join immediately.
