About the Role:

• Leading a close-knit team of 4-5 in a boutique Cheltenham setting alongside a brand new Store Manager who starts at the end of September
• Coaching and developing your people every single day
• Delivering an exceptional premium customer experience
• Building long-term client relationships
• Driving sales through genuine service - not hard selling
• Creating beautiful visual merchandising standards
• Protecting and developing an already outstanding culture
