- Manage group insurance business, including credit life cycle from application to claims processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new opportunities for growth in group sales.
- Oversee the administration of superannuation and gratuity schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive group insurance market.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years' experience in banking or financial services industry, preferably in group insurance or related field.
- Strong understanding of credit life cycle, group business, group sales, life insurance, superannuation, and gratuity concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
