We are looking for Quality Manager for Laboratary.

Position: Asst.Manager/Manger Quality ( Laboratory)

Location: STAR Hospitals, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology / Life Sciences
Experience: 2–5 Years in Hospital / Diagnostic Laboratory Quality

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor laboratory quality standards and processes
- Maintain NABH / NABL documentation and compliance
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks
- Monitor QC, CAPA, incident reporting and non-conformities
- Maintain quality records, SOPs and documentation
- Coordinate with laboratory teams for continuous quality improvement
- Support inspections and accreditation requirements

Skills Required:
Good knowledge of Laboratory Quality Management Systems
NABH / NABL knowledge preferred
Good documentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and coordination skills
