Assistant Manager

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and guest-focused Assistant Manager to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, delivering exceptional guest service, and helping create a positive and successful hotel operation.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Lead, support, and motivate team members across departments.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest experience.
• Help train, coach, and develop employees.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Handle operational issues and emergencies professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with inspections, inventory, cash handling, and daily operational reports.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for both guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38.0 per week
