Position: Assistant Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:
Handle disciplinary proceedings in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare disciplinary letters, including Show Cause Notices, Warning Letters, and Termination Letters.
Handle and coordinate fraud-related cases, including investigation follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with department heads and key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, fraud cases, and meeting minutes.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Ideal Candidate:
Strong knowledge of HR disciplinary processes
Good documentation and communication skills
Excellent MS Excel & PPT skills
Experience in handling fraud/employee misconduct cases will be an added advantage
