Assistant Manager

Pizza Pie on the Fly is looking for a motivated, dependable, and strong leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager!

We’re searching for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while supporting team development and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations
• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met
• Help manage scheduling and shift coverage
• Train and mentor employees
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support inventory control and store organization
• Step in as acting manager when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation is required
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
