BurgerFi is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to help support daily restaurant operations and lead team members during scheduled shifts. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations
• Assist with supervising and coaching team members
• Help maintain excellent customer service
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
