• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Supervise and train staff, promoting professional development and team cohesion.
• Manage scheduling and time management to optimize staffing levels during peak hours.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory levels, assist with ordering
• Operate cash registers and oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Support retail management initiatives by implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong skills in time management and task delegation.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and financial transactions.
• Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
