Assistant Manager

Epic Wings N Things in Carmel Valley, CA is looking to welcome an Assistant Manager to the team. We are located at 6025 Village Way, Suite F101, San Diego, CA 92130. We are currently accepting applicants that want a fast paced work environment and a close team.

Assistant managers for Epic Wings act as the support system to the general manager and are the sole person in charge when the general manager is not at the store

The role of an Assistant Manager is to:

-Ensure customer service is maintained to the highest standard

-Keep FOH staff on task

-Help to maintain food quality standards in the BOH

-Ensure cleanliness of dining room and kitchen

-Maintain health department standards

-Help to maintain payroll

-Ensure overall atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting

-Assist with food order when manager not present

-Assist in cashing in and opening the restaurant

Pay: $23.00 per hour +tips
