Role & responsibilities

1. Command over Tally software and Computer .

2. Fund management.

3. Provide MIS report timely to higher management.

4. Internal and External audit to ensure compliance.

5. Prepare full and final settlement and ledger reconciliation of Sundry Debtors , Creditor , contractor and travelling expenses of Employee.

6. Maintain the proper track record of Debtors & Creditors month wise.

7. Thorough and practical knowledge for PF, Professional Tax, TDS , Income Tax return , & GST Payments and its filling Monthly /Quarterly / Yearly.

8. Timely submission of GST , EPF & TDS challan.

9. Scrutiny of ledger and preparation of balance sheet finalization.

10. Liaising with respective department time to time with Sale tax, Income tax , Service tax , GST etc .

11. Take care of all the Compliance -Act/Regulation/Rules/Notification/Clarification/Provision

Balance Sheet as per Schedule VI of Companies Act,2013. ROC compliance

Depreciation as per Schedule II of Companies Act, 2013.

Balance Sheet Final before the Due Date of Income Tax Act and their notification

12. Bank reconciliation

13. Keep close watch on daily routing work like Sale , purchase etc ..

14. Filing returns for TDS & GST, Preparing Bank Reconciliation, Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
