Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager with planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily business activities.
• Supervise, guide, and support team members in achieving organizational objectives.
• Monitor staff performance and promote a collaborative, productive work environment.
• Support customer relations by responding to enquiries, addressing concerns, and conducting follow-ups.
• Assist with sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Identify potential business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports for management review.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, training sessions, and other business activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assume the Manager’s responsibilities when required to ensure continuity and efficiency of operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of business administration, sales, or marketing principles.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
