Who you are…

You have a passion for hospitality. Thrive under pressure. Are enthusiastic when you solve puzzles and are only satisfied when the customer gets a kick out of the effort you have put in.

Experienced in Pub Management you have a handle on managing broad teams across multiple departments. Can troubleshoot problems, find solutions and are able to ask for help when you can't.

Role Responsibilities:

• On shift the buck stops with you
• Supervise the whole team and support your colleagues
• Lead from the front and inspire with positivity
• Operate with a controlled sense of urgency
• Balance pragmatism and empathy without compromise
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
• Exemplary cash handling and efficient reporting
• Communicate and implement policies and procedures
• Opens, Mids and Close shifts.

Skills / Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Strong proficiency in both food and beverage with minimum three (3) years' experience, is essential.
• Solid understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
• Professionally presented, committed, trustworthy and responsible.
• Dispute Resolution

• Profitable hospitality

• Risk Management
