Job Summary

Supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, high-quality products, excellent customer experience, and compliance with company standards. Assists in leading and motivating team members, managing store activities, monitoring sales and inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Serves as a key support to the management team and helps ensure smooth operations during every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational and customer service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, manpower allocation, attendance monitoring, and daily task assignments.
• Ensure proper food preparation, product quality, portion control, and presentation according to company standards.
• Monitor customer service and address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales, cash handling, and store performance.
• Support inventory management, stock monitoring, receiving, storage, and proper product rotation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures and ensure all assigned tasks are properly completed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of the store and equipment.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees and reinforcing company policies and procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching when needed.
• Help identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Prepare or assist with daily operational reports, inventory reports, and other required documentation.
