What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including MSA, NDA, SaaS, Licensing, DPA, MOU and vendor contracts.
- Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate and contractual matters.
- Support GDPR, data privacy and international regulatory requirements.
- Assist with M&A, legal due diligence and corporate governance.
- Support HR/employment legal matters, compliance and dispute management.
- Work closely with business and cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
- Use and manage CLM, document management and AI-assisted legal tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant corporate/legal experience.
- Strong non-litigation and commercial contract experience.
- Experience with SaaS/IT/technology contracts is preferred.
- Good understanding of GDPR and international legal frameworks.
- Exposure to M&A and corporate governance.
- Strong communication, negotiation and commercial/business acumen.
- International stakeholder experience is an added advantage.
