Assistant Manager

**Job Overview:** As an Assistant Manager at Captain D's Seafood Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to providing exceptional seafood dining experiences. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a positive work environment. **Duties:** - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Assist in managing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Monitor food quality and safety standards to uphold Captain D's reputation for delicious and safe seafood. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets. - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work culture. **Experience:** - Previous experience in a sales or retail environment, with a strong ability to negotiate and sell products effectively. - Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately. - Experience in training development and conducting employee orientation sessions. - Knowledge of grocery store or retail sales practices is advantageous. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus to cater to diverse customer needs.
