Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and membership sales
• Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Oversee employee orientation, training, and development to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, POS systems, and customer service protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain positive customer relationships to foster loyalty
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory management with accuracy and efficiency
• Support management in budgeting activities and sales management initiatives to meet business goals
