Assistant Manager

• Supervise and coordinate New construction, renovation and infrastructure projects
• Monitor site execution, quality, progress, safety and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings, BOQs, measurements and material requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved cost, quality and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and prepare project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable construction safety and statutory requirements.
• AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, Microsoft Excel, SAP and Microsoft Office.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in industrial/commercial construction and site management.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, drawings and contractor management.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• RCC, structural works, finishing works, and commercial building construction
• Willingness to travel PAN India is essential.
