Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Raging Bull Street Tacos team. This role will assist in overseeing the food truck operations, including food preparation, sales, inventory management, and staff supervision, while ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused experience.

The position offers a flexible schedule, typically requiring availability three to four times per week, with some weeks requiring no shifts (may be on call.) The ideal candidate is adaptable, demonstrates strong leadership, upholds food safety standards, and contributes to sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

This is a paid opportunity supporting events across Texas A&M University facilities, including Kyle Field, Reed Arena, Olsen Field, and Cushing Stadium. Availability is especially important during peak periods such as summer game days and major campus events, including Savannah Bananas appearances and Aggie athletics.
