What they need

Family -owned fast casual restaurant seeking a hands on Assistant Manager to help lead daily operation and support a strong, team oriented culture

Responsibilities

Support Owner and KM with daily operations and shift leadership
Ensure fast, friendly and accurate service
Train and coach team members
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening / closing
location has a Drive Thru
Liquor license (in process)

Qualification

1-3 years restaurant or shift lead experience (fast-casual preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multitasking environment
Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible schedule (weekends / evenings / holidays)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
