Assistant Manager

Do you have a head for business, a heart for yoga, and a drive to lead in an ever-evolving environment?

At Ritual Hot Yoga, our Assistant Studio Managers are the backbone of our vibrant community, inspiring students and empowering teachers while overseeing every aspect of our luxury studios. This role requires not only strong leadership but also an entrepreneurial mindset—every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales metrics, managing budgets, ensuring high-quality classes, and developing strategies for member recruitment and retention. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way.

Qualified applicants should have prior experience leading teams, including training and providing feedback, as well as executing effective sales strategies. Exceptional communication skills and a deep connection to Ritual’s culture are essential. While a 200-Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus, it is not required.

Beyond the fulfillment of leadership and community-building, this role offers some of the highest compensation and autonomy in the industry. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, sick time, 401(k) matching, and a continuing education budget.

Don’t just join the Revolution. Lead the Revolution.
