What You Do:

• Maintain a positive and fun culture that creates a sense of teamwork and commitment to give every kid the best birthday ever.
• Identify, develop and monitor the team of 20-30 part-time staff to drive store performance and ensure daily tasks are successfully executed
• Maintain brand, safety, and cleanliness standards while follow operating procedures
• Oversee facility, making sure everything is clean and stocked weekly
• Checking party host out after party and collecting payment
• Prep facility for the day
• Coordinate party lobby needs
• Validate guests to ensure that guests have a safety waiver on file
• Check-in host and review items
• Utilizes SUPER STAR Phone Skills principles to answer incoming calls, sell and confirm parties, upgrades, and programs on the phone and during store tours.

This is a part-time position which can also serve as an internship. Base pay plus tips with a guaranteed pay of $16 per hour but up to $18 per hour.
