What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling claims across various classes of marine insurance policies (including H&M, P&I, FD&D and LOH), ensuring smooth end-to-end processing
- Communicate and liaise with clients, underwriters, and other relevant parties to support claim management, follow-up, negotiation and day-to-day enquiries
- Support the preparation, review and submission of claim-related documents
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records in line with internal requirements
Job Requirements:
- University graduate or above; background in maritime law, shipping, or logistics is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with a positive working attitude; a responsible team player; able to work effectively under pressure; solution-oriented in client servicing
