Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager to support business growth, lead the team, drive client acquisition, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business strategies to achieve organizational targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to maintain consistent performance.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition and sales conversion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor team performance and prepare performance reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure operational efficiency and effective execution of business activities.
• Support the management in achieving business objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and performance feedback.

Requirements
