The Role:

You run the floor and control the guest experience. Friendly, fast, and consistent—that’s the standard.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead FOH team and daily service.
• Lead the window and BOH team during crunch time.
• Train staff on service standards.
• Handle guest interactions and resolve issues.
• Manage scheduling and labor.
• Keep service flowing smoothly.
