What they need
The Tap Yard is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic assistant manager to join our new team! As a manager, you will stay calm under pressure, be capable of encouraging the bar and floor staff and be professional with customers at all times ensuring they are been offered the best service.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in managing, training and developing the team
- To provide excellent customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times

Essential Experience:
- ·At least 1 year of management experience in a similar setting.
- Familiar with Booking systems
